Refunds or Exchanges
All sales are FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Entrance Policies

In the interest of our guests safety, the following items may not be brought into the The Palace Theatre:
  • Umbrellas
  • Laser Pointers
  • Alcohol or beverages of any kind
  • Outside Food or Coolers
  • Video or Audio recording devices
  • Large bags may be checked at the entrance gates.

Camera Policy
The camera policy varies from show to show. The Palace Theatre does not have a policy prohibiting cameras however, many artists do. Some artists have requests such as no flash or pictures only in the first three songs. The camera policy for the show will be announced at the beginning of the performance and will be enforced by the Amphitheater. You can also call the Main Office the day of the show to check on the artists policy.

Readmittance
Any guests leaving The Palace Theatre must have their hand stamped and will be asked to show their ticket stub for readmittance. Guests not in compliance with this two step process will not be allowed back in the theater gates.

Restrooms
Restrooms are located in the lobby across from the box office as well as on the second level behind the balcony seating area.

Wheelchair Access
The Amphitheater has wheelchair accessible seating available. It is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please notify the Box Office of handicap seating requirements when purchasing tickets.

Handicap Accessible Parking
There are over 55 handicap accessible parking spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Children
Every patron attending the The Palace Theatre must have a ticket regardless of age, unless the concert is free.

 

Pagers/Watch Alarm/Cellular Phones Courtesy Reminder
For the courtesy of those around you and the performing artist, please disconnect electronic signals on watches, pagers and phones before the start of the performance. If you are expecting an emergency call, please leave your seat location with the potential caller. Upon arrival, please leave your name and seat location at the Box Office. Guests cannot be paged during a performance.

Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the theater. Smoking is welcome outside the theatre
 

Lost & Found
If you have lost an item at The Palace Theatre, please visit our Box Office or call 603 668-5588 during our business hours.

Parking
Is available at in the Citizens Bank Parking Garage located across the street from the Theatre. During the week days parking is free after 5pm as well as during the weekend. If the Citizens Bank parking garage is full, there is parking on the street as well as in the Victory Parking garage located on Chestnut Street.

Concessions
The concessions at The Palace Theatre feature sodas, water and a select choice of alcoholic beverages. Please note that no food or drinks are allowed in the Theatre. Certain shows may feature a special area where you can purchase merchandise pertaining to that specific show.
